After years of use, the garage floor of this upscale condominium in Curitiba, Brazil began showing extensive surface wear with significant dust formation and concrete deterioration. Previous solutions to renew the concrete floor were costly and not effective. Finally, the condo management chose the PENETRON System.
Products Used:
PENETRON LEVELINE 45 self-leveling floor underlayment was used to renew the whole garage floor (3,000 m2 / 35,000 square feet). The concrete surface was completely rehabilitated and the condo members noted that the garage was now cleaner and brighter.
