Located just steps from the Metrotown Expo Line station, Silver features 284 spacious condominiums, including 1-2 bedroom and 2-floor townhomes ranging from 510 to 1,357 square feet (48-126 m2) – all housed in a 38-floor tower. Both STX 100 PRIMER and LEVELINE 15 underlayment were used to treat all floors in the residential units; final flooring was laminated hardwood flooring in entry, kitchen, living and dining areas.
