Old Quincy House / Harvard University

Originally built in 1930 as an upper-class residential house, the interior of Old Quincy House was fundamentally reconfigured to meet the changing needs of students, including a new, state-of-the-art “smart classroom.” This challenging renovation earned a LEED Gold certification; the 4,500 square feet of floor space were treated with PRIMER STX 50 and LEVELINE 15 and covered with a wooden floor (Dimeo Construction).
