Old Jacksonville Court House
Jacksonville, Florida, USA
Category: Municipal
The renovation of the Old Federal Courthouse in Jacksonville preserved a historical landmark. Preparation and treatment of the 44,000-square foot (4,090 m2) below-grade basement floor included complex adjustments to the poor condition of the previous floor and erratic floor elevations. A combination of VB 225, STX 100 PRIMER and RENEW WS was used; final flooring was a clear sealer and Tremco Vulkem coating system. Interior work met historical guidelines / ADA regulations.
