Granville at 70th

The two West Side towers combine condos and townhouses with garden spaces, live green-walls, rooftop groves and gardens, an outdoor yoga pavilion, fitness center, a putting green, library, theatre, and supermarket. Designed by Henriquez Partners, a well-known architectural office, the project’s 363,000 square feet of floor space was treated with PRIMER STX 100 and LEVELINE 15.
