The 460-student Benjamin Rush Elementary School recently renovated the floors. The project used SURFIX DFS high strength fill material, SURFIX FEP patching skim coat material, STX 100 PRIMER and RENEW WS overlayment. The pan deck was off by up to 1 ¾" to the adjoining stairs, elevator landings and a twenty-foot pocket door track; finally, the floors were densified and polished.
