Penetron Specialty Products Expands Sales Team to Drive Growth in North America
Penetron Specialty Products (PSP), a flooring specialist company offering high-quality specialty cements, vapor mitigation and substrate repair systems, announced Bob Baumeister as the new Product Specialist. Bob will be responsible for sales in the Southeast U.S.A. and assisting with on-site technical support for projects across North America.
Penetron Specialty Products produces and sells high quality flooring products for flooring preparation and installation projects across the U.S.A. and Canada. As part of the global PENETRON Group, PSP offers the Group’s well-known product expertise and experience, providing contractors, builders, and architectural and engineering professionals with technical and product support to help make every installation a success.
Technical Expertise and Industry Knowledge
With over 30 years of experience as both a floor topping contractor and construction product salesman, Bob Baumeister has a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. He has worked for the NST Group (New Slab Technology), the MAPEI Corporation, Master Builders, Inc. and other companies, gaining valuable technical expertise in all aspects of flooring products and project management. Bob is also a 23-year member of ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) and ICRI-certified in Concrete Slab Moisture Testing.

Focus on Technology and Project Support
“My main tasks will be to provide key accounts with specific technical support and to help drive PSP product sales – such as PENETRON’s VB225 vapor mitigation systems – into new markets,” adds Bob Baumeister. “PENETRON has a history of sound product innovation and working closely with customers to ensure all goes well with a project – it’s a great fit!”
With a full line of flooring preparation products – including primers to self-leveling underlayments and vapor mitigation systems – PSP continues to grow rapidly thanks to a product systems approach, especially for the larger industry projects.
